Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM) is the nodal government organization for promoting the startups in the state of Kerala. KSUM plays a pivotal role in development, orchestrating every piece of a vibrant Startup ecosystem. The Ecosystem is prioritized in such a way that it caters technologies to create developmental interventions for the community. Creating a DIY culture at schools stimulates grass root level impact, which further on gets handheld by Mini FAB labs and IEDCs at colleges thereby resulting in having passion to create entrepreneurs and innovators who adapt with latest technologies and unicorns at home.
She Loves Tech is a global organization present in over 30 countries and headquartered in Singapore with a goal is to create a borderless global ecosystem of startups and resources. The virtual competition will have a Country Pitching, virtual bootcamp (online meetups with top tech companies from the tech hubs globally) , semi-finals ( a private demo day open to an internal audience of serious VCs and corporates), finals and conference will be focusing on showcasing content and knowledge from global tech ecosystems and leaders. With International rounds held across the Globe, the competition provides a platform for not only women entrepreneurs, but also startups dedicated to improving the lives of women globally.
The India Round of She Loves Tech 2019 was held at the Integrated Startup Complex, Kalamassery, Kochi on 1 st August 2019. The competition witnessed 10 startup pitches and Mentoring of 31 from Startups across the country.
Last year, as part of the competition, We conducted roadshows in Delhi, Bombay, Bangalore and Hyderabad and sourced applications. Out of the applications received 31 startups were selected for Mentoring Round and Investment Round where exclusive mentoring and one-to-one pitching was given to the selected startups. Final 12 startups were selected for the final round of pitching in SHE LOVES TECH India Challenge.
And the winner of She Loves Tech Challenge 2019 was Cyca Oncosolutions (http://cycaonco.com) (a novel platform technology to deliver molecules into cells, antibiotics, anticancer drugs and therapeutic biomolecules), First Runner-up: Interlinkages Consultancy (https://www.interlinkages.online ) (Cross border trade financial marketplace for trade financing) and Second Runner-up: Logy.AI & Lets Endorse Development (an AI digital solution for quick diagnosis of cervical cancer). CyCa OncoSolutions, founded by Dr Nusrat Sanghamitra who won the first position in She Loves Tech India 2019 was sponsored a four day bootcamp, International Conference and She Loves tech Global Finals 2019 from 10th Sept to 15th Sept 2019 held at Beijing and she won third prize at the She Loves Tech Global Startup Competition 2019.
